Job Description: As a Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring they are refurbished and ready for new tenants within agreed timescales. You will manage a team of operatives and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the refurbishment of void properties.

Supervise a team of operatives and contractors, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.

Monitor and report on the progress of voids, ensuring deadlines are met.

Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all void properties.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the social housing sector.

Strong knowledge of void property management and refurbishment processes.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
