Job Description: As a Voids Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the turnaround of vacant properties, ensuring they are refurbished and ready for new tenants within agreed timescales. You will manage a team of operatives and contractors, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations Key Responsibilities:
