Technical Recruiter (Hands-On)

6 month contract (inside IR35)

Hybrid (3 days a week on site)

£240-£300 per day

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join ours clients internal TA team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier technical talent across various departments. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand business requirements and build tailored recruitment strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of technical roles and technologies.
• Actively source and engage with candidates through various channels.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally with a strong focus on senior technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology landscape.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to recruiting.
