  • Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, relaying messages and providing excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure our agency adheres to legal and contractual obligations.
  • IT Management: Oversee our IT systems, ensuring they're secure and up-to-date.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives like Cyber Essentials implementation and QMS certification.
  • Facilities Management: Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
  • Team Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing support.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven office management experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of IT compliance and QMS standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
