Job Description

A global PR consultancy in the heart of London is seeking an office manager for a 1 year maternity cover contract. Chosen candidate can work 4 days.

You will be essential in maintaining daily office functions, supporting senior management, and contributing to our team's success.

Your role will drive engagement and uphold our vibrant office culture by organising events, managing office-related queries, and creating a thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage presentations and reports, coordinate office maintenance, oversee supplies, ensure office technology functions, and assist with documentation.
  • Travel and Event Coordination: Organise company events, support charitable initiatives, and coordinate travel.
  • Reporting: Generate reports, maintain B Corp commitments, and manage client feedback.
  • Support Functions: Assist with onboarding, prepare presentations, set up meeting rooms, and ensure compliance with company policies.

You will also handle ad hoc tasks, serving as the company's central figure and go-to person.

Qualifications: Proven experience in office management or administration, proficiency in PowerPoint creating presentation packs and Excel and tech savvy

Personality: A calm nature with good communication and organisation skills and passionate about making a workplace difference

This role is to start as soon as possible.
