Job Description

A reputable and leading educational business is looking for a proactive and experienced PA to support their Directorsin a varied and fast-paced full time role. You must possess professional experience within a PA capacityideally within education. This business boasts fantastic benefits as well as an inclusive working environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expert levels of diary management, scheduling, travel and accommodation booking, and making appropriate arrangements for all meetings

  • Taking minutes at meetings, ideally using shorthand but not essential, as well as producing and collating board packs

  • Efficient and effective liaise with both internal and external parties on behalf of the FD whilst acting in a confidential and respectful way

  • Involvement in the businesses events calendar and website updates

  • Monitor and adhere to key deadlines acting as a primary point of contact for all other business teams

  • Support in the finance processes including expenses, reporting and company card administrator

You must possess experience in all of the above listed responsibilities as well as possess competencies in minute taking, audio typing and stake holder relationship management. You must also possess an excellent grasp of all IT packages as well as literacy and numeracy skills. This business offers fantastic benefits and a diverse working environment. The ideal candidate will have experience as an EA within the education sector.

This role is hybrid working Monday to Friday and the ideal candidate will be available immediatly on a temp to perm basis though candidates who are on notice will be considered.
