Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-House: Be the face of our agency, welcoming clients and visitors with a warm smile.
- Organization: Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, relaying messages and providing excellent customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure our agency adheres to legal and contractual obligations.
- IT Management: Oversee our IT systems, ensuring they're secure and up-to-date.
- Project Management: Lead initiatives like Cyber Essentials implementation and QMS certification.
- Facilities Management: Maintain a tidy and efficient office environment.
- Team Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and provide ongoing support.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven office management experience
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge of IT compliance and QMS standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
