Location: WessexLodge School - South West
Salary: £45,000 FTE, dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent,Term Time only, 41 weeks
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehiclerequired

With experienced OccupationalTherapists working across the South West locality, clinicalsupervision available internally and our £2000 CPD incentive, thispost will offer the successful applicant an opportunity to developtheir specialism in working with neurodivergent children and youngpeople who have experienced trauma.
We arelooking for an Occupational Therapist to join our clinicaldivision, working collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment andintervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma,autism, ADHD, complex and SEMH needs
About the role
Youwill implement a holistic, therapeutic approach to helping ourpupils in their daily lives, ensuring they are safe, comfortable,and healthy. Undertaking all aspects of Occupational Therapyclinical duties, you will adhere to professional and regulatoryguidelines, carrying out individual assessments and interventions,and preparing relevant documentation, including writing reports. Inaddition, you will provide information and training to staff,commissioners and other agencies, as required.

Essential Criteria:
Recognised and relevant OccupationalTherapist degree
Valid andup to date HCPC registration
Sensory Integration Qualification, or at leastpart completion of the Postgraduate training pathway,desireable
Experienceworking with Children and Young People
Experience of working within an educationalsetting would be advantageous
Valid full UK Driving Licence and access to ownvehicle
