Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both the interior and exterior of the building, ensuring the space remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role requires handling repairs, inspections, and general maintenance duties, all while maintaining a high level of service.

What Our Client is Looking For:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building services and general repairs.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Highly organised, proactive, and a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and repairs across the building, including both interiors and exteriors.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure the building is safe and functional at all times.
• Manage maintenance schedules, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
