Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their operations team. This role involves assisting with client email marketing campaign setups, alongside other administrative tasks essential to ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks related to client campaigns.
  • Assisting in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Managing data processes and ensuring smooth workflow operations.
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.

About You:

  • At least two years of administrative experience.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT systems.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

What s In It for You?

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pm. Friday finish at 2:30pm.
