Our client, a rapidly expanding B2B lead generation agency, is seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support their operations team. This role involves assisting with client email marketing campaign setups, alongside other administrative tasks essential to ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the operations team with administrative tasks related to client campaigns.
- Assisting in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Managing data processes and ensuring smooth workflow operations.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers via email and phone.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data management.
About You:
- At least two years of administrative experience.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT systems.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

- £25,000 salary per annum.
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30am 5:00pm. Friday finish at 2:30pm.
