- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a warehouse employee;
- You have knowledge and insight into the logistics flow and warehousing;
- You are proficient in English, both spoken and written;
- You are available for 40 hours per week.

As a Logistics Team Leader, you play an essential role in the smooth flow of daily goods movements. You lead a team of Warehouse Employees, coordinate daily planning, and ensure smooth handling of incoming and outgoing goods. In a dynamic environment where time pressure plays a role, you stand firm. You approach your tasks with a positive-critical view and are open to continuous improvements. As an example within the organization, you like to roll up your sleeves yourself.
Your diverse range of tasks includes:
- Distributing work orders and supervising receipt, storage, order picking, checking, and loading.
- Guiding (flex) employees by giving instructions, coaching, and motivating.
- Timely signaling and reporting of irregularities.
- Performing quality checks and monitoring set quality standards.
- Actively thinking along and making suggestions to improve work processes and methods.
- Meeting customer expectations by focusing on productivity, efficiency, and customer requirements.
- Collaborating with other managers/departments to optimally process the daily flow of goods.
- Guiding, evaluating, and motivating employees, discussing performance when necessary.
- Creating an optimal work environment.
- Contributing to promoting a corporate culture that stimulates top performance and high morale.
- Conducting evaluation talks.
- Setting a good example.
- Ensuring compliance with procedures, safety and behavioral rules, while setting a good example yourself.
