Job Description

Are you a Warehouse/ Despatch Administrator looking to work in a well-established award-winning internationally operating manufacturing company in Standish? Due to growth the company is now expanding their team. Your main function will be the responsible the day-to-day movement of all materials despatched, transport and all other relevant documentation.The role also includes aspects of order preparation between job functions and normal administrative duties; reports, filling, answering phone calls and e-mails you will be required to work between the Standish and Pemberton site. Hours 3.7.5, Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Warehouse Administrator Duties:

  • Order preparation between job functions which need to be completed in a timely and professional manner
  • To accurately complete all necessary documentation within set deadlines.
  • Preparation of orders for dispatch and other customer specific requirements, i.e., quality certificates, safety requirements.
  • Internal and external call handling.
  • Provide movement information for the accurate recording of material locations.
  • Checking product conformity certificates prior to despatch, application of supply, transport and other label requirements prior to despatch.
  • Assist in inputting stock movement sheets and received goods onto the MRP
  • Provide goods inwards labels for all inbound raw materials.
  • Process customer returns back into warehouse.
  • Produce certificates of analysis (CofA'S) from in-house database and send via email to customers prior to goods despatch.
  • Accurate allocation of finished products by batch number, sampling products for QC / R&D sampling and sales orders, taking samples to QC for testing purposes.
  • Requesting batch sheets for test and re-batch purposes.
  • The appropriate retention and adequate upkeep of required records and documentation.
  • Carrying out other administrative duties as required.
  • Adhering to all company Health and Safety policies.

Warehouse Administrator Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role in Warehouse/Despatch Administration, training on company products will be given.
  • Required high attention to detail, good organisational skillset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising workloads.
  • You will need to be numerate, have good problem-solving skills with excellent communication both written and verbal, willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Excel, and Word is required as there is a high level of data entry in the position.
  • You must be able to build relationship and maintain customer service.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets required.
