TRUSTEE VACANCIES DARTMOUTH CARING

Steering the charity through its next phase

Dartmouth Caring is a local charity that exists to help those in need, the vulnerable and the elderly, across the town and surrounding villages.

Our 100+ volunteers and 17 members of staff (8 fte) provide a wide range of services working in the areas of wellbeing, health and poverty.

We are seeking a further 2 trustees who will actively contribute their skills and experience, with an enthusiasm to enhance what we do.

From at least one new trustee, experience and knowledge of marketing, sponsorship and communications. General requirements are empathy with our charitable aims, sound judgement, and ability to think creatively, working effectively within a team.

The role is voluntary, meetings of the Board take place 6-8 times annually and Trustees will be involved with other matters throughout the year.
