• Support Worker
• Oswestry, Shropshire
• £23,264 per annum (pro rata)
• Full Time & Part Time - covering mostly Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
• Driver with own vehicle and business insurance with a full UK Licence is essential due to the nature and location of the role

This role is a very active community focused role as the person we support loves a range of community based activities .It is imperative our successful candidates enjoy going out and about too. Various activities in the community will range from walking, going to farms and zoos, horse riding, people watching at cafes and lunches out, as well as bowling, shopping, and cinema trips etc.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

• Supporting our person to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
• Supporting our person with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.
• Supporting the management of our person's finances.
• Keeping our person's home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
• Providing, and encouraging, personal care.
• And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
