Summary of the role:
As a Third-Party Risk Manager, you will be responsible for applying effective risk management practices, proactively anticipating and assessing the potential impacts of risks arising from client-specific operations conducted by Diligenta, as well as shared service activities supported by the Enterprise Risk team.
You will ensure risk appetite and tolerance are appropriately monitored and acted upon (both Diligenta risk appetite and within the client arrangements) and work with and utilise the senior risk consultants/consultants to deliver their objectives, especially in relation to assurance, reporting and change engagement.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensuring that risks and controls are fully understood, properly evaluated, and effectively managed.
- Sharing relevant risk insights with client-based reporting teams and vice versa, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Delivering high-quality risk reports to a high standard, requiring minimal editing by the Senior Risk Manager.
- Reviewing and challenge Line 1 risk reporting through comprehensive top-down and bottom-up assessments.
What we're looking for:
- At least 5 years' experience in a Line 1, Line 2, or Line 3 risk role
- Strong MS Access, Excel and reporting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience - able to work effectively with key business and client stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in systems and data leadership, with a strong understanding of technological trends and their impact on risk management.
- Strong technical knowledge of risk management software tools and their use.
- Ability to support and deliver controls assurance reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with risk management standards.
- A risk-based or technology-based qualification or accreditation from an industry body
