Technical Sales Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

BASF Stationary Energy Storage GmbH (BSES) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of BASF SE. BSES is the exclusive distributer of the NAS batteries and co-develops the NAS technology together with its Japanese partner NGK Insulators Ltd.

In this position you will be responsible to set-up and develop the After-Sales organization for our NAS battery business.

• You will develop a global network of technical service partners to deliver field maintenance for NAS, including contract management.
• In addition, you will set-up and coordinate the needed spare parts management as well as the establishment of a service center. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you will handle all aspects of after-sales communication, including complaint management and warranty cases.
• Furthermore, you will oversee and manage the execution of Long Term Service Agreements.
• To ensure efficient execution of projects and maintenance needs, you will implement an after-sales management tool for tracking and monitoring.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or similar, preferred electrical engineering
• at least 3 years of experience in the field of After Sales Management
• strong technical understanding, experience in the battery industry is a plus
• team player with a solution-oriented way of working and customer-oriented mindset
• strong English language skills are required, other European languages of advantage
• willingness to travel world wide
