Your new role
As the Maternity Cover Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality management systems. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, oversee quality control processes, and assist with BRC audits. This role is pivotal in upholding the company's reputation for high-quality products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in quality management with BRC, ISO9001 and ISO14001 experience. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A relevant degree and experience with quality management systems (QMS) are highly desirable.
