What You'll Do

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team with all disciplines - DEV and QA (6-7 teammates)
• Coaching team, building growth plans for team members, performing evaluations and coverage some areas with assistance technical subject experts
• Being involved in teamwork, know Product well
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets
• Facilitating Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Planning and being responsible for team s delivery status and issues affecting it, preparing reporting
• Facilitating resolution of team s and team members issues, as well as ensuring growth and team members feeling well
• Influencing team s and tribe s processes in a way that would maximize efficiency, predictability and satisfaction of the people involved
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals
• Providing feedback about team members performance as part of the team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years in leading and coaching team, fostering collaboration and communication, and promoting a continuous learning mindset, building growth plans for team members, performing evaluations
• Strong knowledge of Scrum
• Experience in planning of team's work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate group discussions and keep meetings on track
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
• Problem-solving skills to remove obstacles and help the team stay on track
• Extensive knowledge of management strategies and practical application in the workplace
• Strong understanding of business goals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• English level - Upper-intermediate
