Job Description

Team Coordinator - Administrator - 3 month contract -Mobile Telecoms. Dublin, Ireland.

Hybrid working - 3 days/week in office and 2 days remote

Team Coordinator (Commercial) - Join Our Dynamic Team!

We're on the hunt for a Team Coordinator to supercharge our Commercial function! You'll be the go-to admin support, helping our Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) stay on track.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage key admin processes like PO requisitions, approvals, expenses, and event coordination.
  • Organize large-scale meetings and handle travel arrangements.
  • Prepare routine docs, maintain records, and produce ad-hoc reports.
  • Update org charts, functional documents, and ensure policy compliance.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Admin, or Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong relationships at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Exceptional time management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn!
