Job Description
Team Coordinator - Administrator - 3 month contract -Mobile Telecoms. Dublin, Ireland.
Hybrid working - 3 days/week in office and 2 days remote
Team Coordinator (Commercial) - Join Our Dynamic Team!We're on the hunt for a Team Coordinator to supercharge our Commercial function! You'll be the go-to admin support, helping our Commercial Leadership Team (CLT) stay on track.
What You'll Do:
- Manage key admin processes like PO requisitions, approvals, expenses, and event coordination.
- Organize large-scale meetings and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare routine docs, maintain records, and produce ad-hoc reports.
- Update org charts, functional documents, and ensure policy compliance.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a PA, Admin, or Coordinator in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player with strong relationships at all levels.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn!
