  • £23,264 per annum (pro rata)

  • Part Time Hours - Minimum of 24 hours

  • Fully Flexible for shifts including - 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm & 10pm - 8am (Sleep In shifts) across the 7 day week

  • Driver with own vehicle preferred due to location of service

We are looking for Support Workers to join our service in Shrewsbury supporting a male adult in his own home who has an acquired brain injury and mental health conditions.

The person we support within the service enjoys watching DVDS, listening to the radio, visiting the local chip shop and charity shop. He has an interest in The Beatles, David Attenborough & Top Gear. We are looking for a Support Worker to support in all aspects of the gentlemans life including meal preparation and personal care.

No two days are the same but your day might look like this!

  • Supporting him to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of the community and beyond.

  • Supporting him with social activities, and connecting with family and friends.

  • Supporting the management of finances.

  • Keeping his home clean and fresh, and going shopping.

  • Providing, and encouraging, personal care.

    And enjoying what you do!

Experience in social care is not essential, we provide a full range of accredited and award winning training programmes at no cost to yourself, including the Health and Social Care Diploma that will really support your career progression.
