About the Role:

Our client, a growing developer based in Kildare/Meath, is seeking a Finishing Foreperson to join their team for a housing refurbishment project that also includes the construction of new apartments.

Their work is mainly with local authorities in Kildare & Meath and will feature high-quality residential properties, blending renovation with new construction.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic developer, overseeing both housing and apartment projects while ensuring the highest standards of innovation, quality, and compliance in long-term developments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Trade background or Construction-related Degree
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and standards
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar position
