An exciting opportunity has arisen for a store manager to join a high street retailer that is renowned for its playful prints and statement designs. The store is located in the heart of Croydon at the Whitgift Centre. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail and ready to take the next step in their career.Key Responsibilities:Drive forward sales and ensure excellent customer service.Lead by example, motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates.Manage store performance, taking action where needed to maximise sales and meet KPIs.Handle HR and recruitment, creating a positive and friendly working environment.Be responsible for in-store health and safety.Experience Desired:Senior management experience in a retail setting.Proven ability to drive sales and manage stock.Recruitment and HR experience.If you are passionate about fashion retail and possess the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
