OUR MISSION

Responsibilities:

• Set and help deliver sales, productivity, and KPI targets, reviewing these with each manager weekly
• Set operational, training, and selling standards and objectives for store managers
• Optimise and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
• Visit each store at least twice a month
• Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and the attainment of goals
• Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
• Address problems by providing creative and practical solutions
• Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
• Report progress and issues to senior executives at least weekly, including store level details such as sales, people planning, efficiency, profitability, and agree on a strategy for the following week
• Ensure quality of product and service across the area
• On occasions, cover other area managers' annual leave and take charge of their regions
• Oversee succession planning within stores and actively look for future store manager talent

YOU ARE

• Experience: Ideally 3+ years in F&B chain store operations management, with leadership experience across multiple locations/stores.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and project management.
• Personal Attributes: Organised, systematic, and able to thrive in the dynamic environment of a scaling start-up. Energetic with positive thinking, a 'can do' attitude, and passion with perseverance.
• Technical Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and relevant F&B software.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Legally eligible to work in the UK. Knowledge of F&B industry regulations.

As an Area Manager at Bubble CiTea, you will need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, whilst creating an employee-focused environment that is conducive to high levels of productivity and efficiency. You should be able to manage and lead multiple teams effectively, whilst maintaining excellent communication with senior executives and store managers. You will be responsible for ensuring that the stores under your management are profitable and meeting our business development objectives, whilst maintaining the quality of our products and services.
