Position: Static Building Services Fabric Engineer/ Technician

Location: London NW1

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £34,000 to £36,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for an experienced Building Fabric Engineer/ Technician for a prestigious static site based in London.

This person will be working in a multi story office site that need continual up keep which includes painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, water testing, ceiling and floor tiles, furniture building and moving as well as other duties

The right person for this position will already have a strong background in commercial building maintenance. They need to be the type of person that will constantly look out for work that's needs to be done and react well to emergency issues.

We need this person to be very proactive and fix anything that they see before the client has any knowledge of it

This is a static site so we do not require car driver. We would prefer someone who is holding a level 2 qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, decorating or any other maintenance qualification.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of building services maintenance
• Holding level2 craft qualification (carpentry, decorating etc)
• Based in a commutable location to London NW1
• Must be a proactive engineer
• Ability to deal with plumbing, carpentry, painting etc
• Must have commercial experience
• Very client focused
