YOUR TASKS

• Define and improve strategies for how to optimize Salesforce usage
• Develop and deliver a strategy, including design, user requirements, market assessments, scalable delivery plan, and adoption strategy
• Engage customers, partners and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations and strategic objectives
• Provide reports, insights, and reccommendations to leaders of DSP programs & products as well as overall Last Mile leadership to drive increased effectiveness for our DSP partners and program teams
