Senior ICT Systems Engineer (Apple Devices & Jamf Pro)

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a Senior ICT Systems Engineer (Apple Devices & Jamf Pro). The role is a permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office flexibility.

Your Role:

• Plan, develop & implement products in the entire field of Apple technologies.
• Hold joint responsibility for the operation, further development & documentation of the Jamf Pro deployment system, the re-packaging of applications & the further development of operating system builds.
• Hold responsibility for 2nd/3rd level support for macOS, iPadOS & iOS Enterprise integration tasks & develop customer-specific solutions.
• Participate in complex integration tasks.

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in ICT System Engineering.
• Strong experience & expertise in Apple technologies (macOS, iPadOS, iOS & Apple hardware).
• Experience in managing systems using tools such as Jamf Pro, Apple School Manager, & MDM.
• Solid experience in Unix & Scripting (Bash, Shell, Python).
• A broad understanding of ICT & interest in other platforms (Linux/Windows).
• Ideally experienced in strategic planning & organizational development.

Your Profile:

• Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or Similar.
• Committed, precise, communicative, a team-player & process, solution & customer-oriented.
• Fluent in English & good understanding of German (to at least B1/B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
