Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Evidence Synthesis Manager (f/m/d) to join our Evidence Generation Department. This role is pivotal in synthesizing and communicating clinical, economic, and humanistic value evidence to support regulatory submissions, reimbursement, and market access strategies. Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute systematic literature reviews (SLRs) to generate comprehensive evidence supporting product value assessment
- Conduct meta-analyses (MAs) and network meta-analyses (NMAs) to compare treatment outcomes and inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement evidence synthesis strategies to demonstrate the clinical, economic, and humanistic value of our products
- Perform data extraction, quality assessment, and statistical analyses to generate insights for reimbursement, HTA submissions, and regulatory filings
- Effectively communicate complex evidence synthesis findings to internal and external stakeholders, including payers, regulators, and policymakers
- Stay updated with HTA methodologies, evidence synthesis best practices, and regulatory expectations to ensure impactful analyses
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality evidence synthesis projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical trials, real-world data (RWD), HEOR, prognostic/diagnostic research, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, market access, and commercialization teams to align evidence strategies with business objectives
Qualifications :
- Master?s degree and/or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, HTA, public health)
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Expertise in meta-analyses and network meta-analyses to support decision-making
- Proficiency in R, STATA, SAS, or equivalent statistical software for data analysis
- Experience in evidence synthesis from various sources and systematic review methodologies
- Hands-on experience with indirect treatment comparisons to support evidence synthesis and decision-making
- Some knowledge of modeling and simulation techniques applied to health outcomes research is advantageous
- Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine, clinical epidemiology, and evidence grading methodologies
- Excellent medical writing skills to translate complex data into clear and impactful communication materials
- Fluent in English
