Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of customer digital services and platforms. This role involves building scalable, secure applications while ensuring compliance with government digital standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Note: Must be eligible for Security clearance or SC cleared
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & maintain high-quality applications and APIs using Node.js (TS & JS)
- Lead implementation of new features, ensuring business alignment
- Cloud development with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines & automation
- Database management (SQL & NoSQL - PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ensure security best practices & compliance with government standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript & JavaScript)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Front End framework experience (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong DevOps knowledge (CI/CD, automation, security)
- Database expertise (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, MySQL, MS SQL)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
- Government digital service (GDS) standards experience (a plus)
