About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Partner Platform Lead to oversee and architect the implementation of the PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud and related identity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ForgeRock and PingOne, with a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and federation. This role requires strong leadership skills to guide teams, take ownership of deliverables, and drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, setup, and configuration of PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
• Architect and manage IAM solutions using ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, and OpenIG.
• Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, offering guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
• Implement and manage directory services, LDAP, and database configurations for identity solutions.
• Utilize Scripting and programming languages (Java, Groovy, Python, JavaScript) to automate IAM processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, including OAuth, SAML, and JWT.
• Leverage monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive IT experience, with IAM solutions using ForgeRock and PingOne.
• Proven experience in setting up and configuring PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud.
• Expertise in ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM, and OpenIG.
• Strong understanding of identity life cycle management, authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, or Python Scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of web protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, REST, SOAP).
• Solid experience with Git and version control best practices.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
