Senior Communications Manager - SAP S/4 Hana

Hybrid working - 2-3 days in Soho office

My client in the manufacturing industry are embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. They are looking to onboard a Senior Communications Manager with previous experience of SAP.

Key Skills

• SAP S/4 Hana
• Significant experience in planning and influencing senior leaders to support & drive change across their people. This will include managing communications activities and creating content that successfully supports people through change for complex transformation projects, ideally ERP/IT-enabled.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to leverage the clients formal & informal communication channels and ability to innovate to generate excitement and engagement.
• Track record of working with or managing third-party providers to collaborate and achieve project goals as one team.
• Experience in stakeholder event planning & delivery.
• Degree educated.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills and ability effectively target and tailor the message and medium to various audience groups to achieve intended outcomes.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and ability to deliver high-quality communications in compressed timelines.
• Proficient in using a variety of tools to develop plans and communications content (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Yammer/Viva Engage, Teams, Synthesia, Canva, Poppulo etc.)
