Scientist - Biology vacancy a globally operating Basel based company in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and characterize novel in vivo oncology models
• Perform efficacy studies with cutting edge radioligand therapies
• Perform bio-distribution studies and metabolites analysis
• Perform pre-clinical imaging studies including PET/SPECT/uCT
• Perform and/or support colleagues with various in vitro and ex vivo activities (eg cell culture, flow cytometry, IHC, immunofluorescence, PCR, Western blotting)

Your experience/knowledge:

• Qualified Lab Technician (apprenticeship/vocational training), BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology, pharmacology or related field.
• Experience in performing animal studies (animal handling, drug application, sampling, animal welfare regulations, small laboratory animal surgery).
• LTK1 or equivalent required - must have
• Experience in working with open radioactive sources is of advantage

Your soft skills:

• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organization and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
