Relevant experience teaching 11 - 16 year-olds within the last 2 years.

Strong behaviour management and the ability to implement schools' behaviour polices is also essential.

Job Description:

Delivering engaging Science lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.

Supporting, advising, guiding, and supervising students throughout the school day.

Supporting and guiding students whe n doing practical Science experiments

To have a primary focus on maintaining good order and ensuring students are on task so that learning can take place.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. ECT's welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree a Science

Recent experience teaching Science at secondary school level.

Hold an enhanced DBS certificate that is registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one. What you'll need to succeed:

Good behaviour/classroom management.

Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.

The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
