Location: Exeter, DevonSchool: Large SEN SchoolPosition: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £28,282 - £31,364 per annumHours: 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (39 weeks a year)

Are you an experienced education administrative professional looking for a rewarding role in an exceptional SEN school in Exeter? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic School Admin Manager to join the team at this amazing SEN School on a permanent basis. This role offers clear progression and development for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the school admin team on a daily basis, ensuring efficient and effective administrative services across the school.
• Oversee payroll, finance, HR admin, legislative policies, and health and safety.
• Report directly to the School Business Lead, contributing to the overall administrative strategy.
• Maintain and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working within a busy school admin team.
• Demonstrated strong people management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the school environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all school stakeholders.
