SC Cleared MS Dynamics Engineer

We are working in partnership with a leading global consultancy to recruit an experienced SC Cleared MS Dynamics Engineer for a vital project in the public sector.

This role supports the transformation of Legacy systems through the delivery of a new, modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Project Overview:

This CRM project aims to replace manual processes with a streamlined and efficient solution. The team is currently developing the Alpha version using Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on two core business areas. Following approval, the project will progress to the beta phase to deliver a production-ready CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Integrate and automate processes using Power Platform and Power Automate.

• Work collaboratively in Agile/DevOps environments, leveraging Azure and Azure DevOps for deployment and infrastructure management.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, and DevOps best practices.

• Ensure delivery meets performance, scalability, and security requirements.

Top 5 Essential Skills:

1. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

2. Proficiency with Power Platform and Power Automate.

3. Knowledge of Azure and Azure DevOps.

4. Familiarity with version control and CI/CD tools such as Git/GitLab and Jenkins Pipelines.

5. Understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile delivery environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience on government or public sector projects.

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience building scalable CRM systems across multiple business areas.

• Exposure to Scripting or automation tools.

• SC clearance will be required prior to the start, due to the nature of the role.
