Job Description

RED are currently seeking a SAP CX/Emarsys Analyst/Consultant/Manager to join a long-term project based remotely.

Contract length: 6-12months

Location: Remote

Required skills and experience:

5+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or Marketing Automation.
Strong expertise in Emarsys, including campaign management, automation, and analytics.
Experience advising on best practices, optimization, and strategy for customer engagement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication.
Experience working in a consultative/advisory role is a plus.
