Job Description
RED are currently seeking a SAP CX/Emarsys Analyst/Consultant/Manager to join a long-term project based remotely.
Contract length: 6-12months
Location: Remote
Required skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), CRM, or Marketing Automation.
- Strong expertise in Emarsys, including campaign management, automation, and analytics.
- Experience advising on best practices, optimization, and strategy for customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience working in a consultative/advisory role is a plus.
