Job Description
About The RoleTeam - Prospect, Direct and Life Adviser - ITWorking Pattern - Hybrid - 2 days per week in any of our Vitality Offices (Bournemouth, London or Stockport). Full time, 37.5 hours per week. We are happy to discuss flexible working! Top 3 skills needed for this role:

- Developing and delivering front end changes, agreed and prioritised by the business areas.
- Work with Business Analysts, Project Leads, Salesforce colleagues and Salesforce Solution Engineers to define and understand requirements, challenging where necessary, in terms of Salesforce capabilities.
- Work alongside administrators and existing development team where required.
- Testing new and existing implementations to the agreed software development lifecycle standards.
- Evaluate the success of projects / processes on an ongoing basis and make recommendations based on a sound understanding of business priorities.
- Collaborate with IT and other Distribution teams across the business to deliver high quality software solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of API's, LWC's and APEX.
- Build excellent product knowledge and always remain up to date on business, industry, technical and customer strategies.
- Ensure you understand and adhere to our Code of Conduct and where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies and mandatory training requirements.
- Educated to degree level in computing / programming related subject, or relevant experience in an Information Technology role.
- Salesforce Developer 1 certified or working towards this certification.
- General knowledge of programming languages and confident with learning new programming languages.
- A high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with stakeholders. Demonstrating effective time management skills at all times.
- High level of attention to detail when creating and testing code for implementation.
- Clear and concise written style and good presentation skills. Ability to communicate complicated technical concepts clearly, both verbally and in written form.
- Take responsibility to manage own personal workload and ensuring process knowledge is accurate and up to date.
