Role Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of up to 10 sales agents in our Contact Centre. You will be responsible for achieving sales, quality, and behavioral KPIs, fostering a high-energy environment, and ensuring continuous performance improvement. With the help of Senior Management you will lead all aspects of agent performance and development in your team, including; coaching, training, and conducting performance reviews (1-2-1's).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Performance: Maximize the performance of sales agents by embedding a culture of continuous improvement across call quality, compliance, and sales KPIs.
  • Coaching and Development: Conduct meaningful 1-2-1 sessions, coaching agents on call quality, customer outcomes, and performance KPIs. Use the SmarterCover coaching approach to drive performance improvements.
  • Accountability: Set SMART objectives and behavioural actions for agents, ensuring high levels of personal accountability. Manage underperformance using the SmarterCover Performance Management policy.
  • Sales Culture: Lead by example, maintaining exemplary personal standards of Create a high-energy, professional sales culture that motivates and engages the team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Complete and update weekly and monthly trackers, dashboards, and reports on business unit Participate in effective team meetings, buzz sessions, call listening and training sessions.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, and industry best practices. Ensure all activities are aligned with our customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Commitment to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00 AM - 18:30 PM)
