Job Description

My client a well known organisation near Meanwood Leeds are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their rewarding and friendly team in leeds. To apply for this role you will ideally have previous office experience and experience within accounts would be advantageous. Your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for the business
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Accepting deliveries from suppliers
  • Ordering stationary and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy.
  • Weekly amazon purchasing
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Supporting finance team where needed
  • Processing Sales invoices
  • Processing Purchase Invoices
  • Reconciliations
  • Posting of stock transfers
  • General Administration

Perm, Full Time, Salary 22.5-24.5 inc benefits
