Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing expert advice on their safe and effective use.

Responsibilities
- Dispensing prescription medications to patients
- Providing advice on the correct use of medications
- Monitoring patients' health and progress to ensure the safe and effective use of medications
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review, and evaluate patient effectiveness
- Conducting health and wellness screenings
- Administering vaccinations
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to review patient progress

Requirements
Strong background in patient care
Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings is advantageous
Up to date GPhC registration
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy
Proficiency in medication administration
