St Paul's Juniors, founded in 1881, is the preparatory school for St Paul's. It adjoins St Paul's School, and shares many facilities with the senior school, including the dining hall, sports complex, engineering workshops and playing fields. The schools are fortunate to have an attractive 45-acre site adjacent to the River Thames.
School Receptionist (part-time)
We are looking for a part-time School Receptionist to provide effective, frontline reception and administrative support to the Junior School. This is a varied role, which includes being the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, and various administrative tasks such as monitoring registration and completing absence and late reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be diplomatic and discreet and be highly organised. Experience in a busy receptionist role is desirable.
Hours: Part time, Tuesday and Friday, 8am - 5pm. Term time (34 weeks) with an additional 10 days out of term time.
