HR Administrator

• Closing Date: 10am Monday 2nd December 2024
• Salary: Full time equivalent (SCP 10) £24,801 to (SCP 14) £26,679 (which equates to £14,880 to £16,007 pro rata - 0.6 FTE - 3 days per week) + Local Government Pension Scheme.
• Working Hours :Part time, 3 days per week (0.6FTE)
• Location: Oasis Restore Secure School in Rochester, Medway, Kent.

If so, we have an exciting job opportunity for you to join our team at Oasis Restore, the country's first secure school. As an HR Administrator at Oasis Restore, you will play a vital role in supporting the School with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, data/systems, and employee relations.

You will work closely with our PSD (HR) Team supporting with all these key transactional activities to help ensure that our School is staffed efficiently and effectively.
