Job Description

FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant role for a globally established business with a UK Head Office ideally based in Warwick.

Working as part of a really lovely finance team, suitable candidates will ideally be experienced with both Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger (FYI - this role will be slightly biased towards Purchase Ledger).

This is a fantastic job opportunity for someone looking to work for a globally recognised brand, continue their personal development & have the option of career progression in due course.

Duties Will Include

  • Statement reconciliation
  • Dealing with supplier enquiries
  • Processing expenses & petty cash receipts / payments
  • Matching, batching & coding invoices - processing onto the relevant ledger
  • Assisting with set-up and approval of ad-hoc payments
  • Preparation of VAT reports
  • Assist with ad hoc reports & duties as required to complete month end accounts
  • Creation of Sales Ledger Accounts & assisting with Sales Ledger Reconciliations and cover when required
  • Production of monthly debtors reports when required and for cover
