With many years' experience in property maintenance covering Greater Manchester and Merseyside, Bradwell Maintenance offers a complete range of maintenance services covering all trades. Working with Housing Associations, Letting Agents and Landlords we specialise in planned and reactive works through to full refurbishment. We have grown significantly year on year and have high ambitions for the future.
Our projects team play a vital role in our success, co-ordinating and driving our refurbishment activity to deliver projects on time and in budget.
To underpin our continued growth we now need a Projects Assistant to support our team and to drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up projects for the Project Manager to oversee
- Sourcing and relationship management of Sub Contractors
- Liaison with sub-contractors to communicate project requirements and frameworks
- Diarising and recording monetary information to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Resolving or escalating issues that may arise
- Impacting profitability by sourcing best value equipment, materials and solutions
- Chasing deliveries, payment of invoices, issuing purchase orders, checking receipts.
- Ensuring evidence of completed work is obtained and recorded for all projects
- General administration tasks

- Property maintenance experience is preferred but not essential
