The Project Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales department. This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, enabling them to focus on achieving their targets and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and look over sales data utilising Excel to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

- Order Processing - efficiently process and manage customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy

- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Compile and prepare detailed sales reports for review and analysis

- Input and schedule tasks and appointments within the CRM system to optimize workflow

- Ensure all documents adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

- Upload and manage invoices to maintain accurate financial records.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with training requirements and standards

- Maintain and update comprehensive customer records to support effective service

- Streamline processes, coordinate with various departments, and uphold precise documentation practices.
