Process Mining Analyst

As a Process Mining Analyst, you will drive process mining initiatives, working with key operational units like Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanctions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to analyze and optimize processes using Celonis, the process mining tool.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead process mining initiatives and deliver actionable insights to improve operations.
* Define data requirements for new systems and integrate them into process models.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.

Your Profile
* Strong experience in process mining solutions (Celonis preferred).
* Ability to understand and improve process flows with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
