Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide essential PA support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at St Edward's Oxford.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide a high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the COO, managing their diary and travel arrangements, as well as overseeing routine correspondence on their behalf and dealing with enquiries. You will also prepare reports, presentations and documents and provide support for meetings. When necessary, you will also undertake additional administrative responsibilities in relation to pupils and staff.

We are looking for a well-organised individual with strong communication and excellent IT skills, including an advanced proficiency in MS Office. You will need previous experience within a senior administration/PA role and will be capable of working discreetly with confidential information. A high level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail are also essential, along with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
