Job Description

Responsibility

  • Managing and running our monthly payroll
  • Liaising with our managed services payroll provider to maintain a strong and productive relationship
  • Liaising with our finance team to ensure monthly payments to our colleagues on time
  • Tracking changes to our payroll monthly, including changes to colleague details (address, contact details etc.), salaries, hourly pay (for hourly paid colleagues), changes to working hours, changes to tax codes, probation status of colleagues etc.
  • Managing the payroll onboarding process for new colleagues
  • Managing the administration of colleague benefits, including healthcare, company cars and other benefits
  • Keeping up-to-date records of our payroll documents and responding to payroll queries.
  • Maintaining confidentiality controls over GDPR-protected data
  • Experience in Energy or Oil & Gas related domain
